Job Description: JOB TITLE: IT Support Analyst

LOCATION: WB Games Burbank, Burbank, CA

REPORTS TO (Title): IT Manager

SUMMARY OF POSITION:

The IT Support Analyst will be involved in the operations and support of the desktop environment for multiple WB Games studios, locally and regionally. This will include configuration, deployments, and automation. The IT Support Analyst will also be responsible for providing 1st and/or 2nd Level support to end users and will coordinate with the service desk.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Local studio IT support: Support of approximately 50 Windows and Mac workstations, troubleshooting all technical issues related to desktops and Active Directory. Additional onsite support may include conference room setup, networking issues, server rack maintenance, and project work. 25%
  2. Deployment: Deployment of WBIE Burbank workstations and software, including management of patches and security updates. 15%
  3. Documentation: Create, maintain, and document procedures related to the Burbank environment and regional IT support. 5%
  4. SaaS administration: Manage WBIE apps such as Box, Aspera, Atlassian, and other operational tasks like user management in AWS and Okta. 10%
  5. Support ticket management: Monitor and triage all support tickets, prioritize, and resolve issues efficiently. Support requests related to WB Games Burbank. 25%
  6. Onboarding: Set up workstations and accounts for new hires across SaaS platforms such as Zoom, PagerDuty, Trello, and Okta. 10%
  7. Active Directory management: Manage group memberships and troubleshoot as needed. 10%

Work Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role within a corporate environment.
  • Service Desk experience, such as Jira Service Desk or ServiceNow.
Education and Certifications
  • College diploma or higher in computers or related field.
Knowledge and Skills
  • Supporting Windows and MacOS.
  • Experience with SCCM and JAMF.
  • SaaS administration and Office 365 management.
  • Active Directory management.
  • Anti-Virus solutions.
  • Automated software and OS deployment.
  • Scripting with PowerShell.
  • Networking: TCP/IP LAN & WAN.
  • Mobile device management.
  • AWS experience is a plus.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Team player attitude.
