Job summary

Ppswork in Alliance, OH is seeking a Production Processor. This is a hands-on manufacturing role working with metal, equipment, and finished products.

You will bend, clean, assemble, weld, and package parts. You will learn on the job, with opportunities to cross-train into higher-skilled work and advance within the company.

Starting pay is $18.00–$20.00 per hour, with growth as you gain experience.

Qualifications

• Experience with micrometers, calipers and simple prints.
• Like working with your hands.
• Have manufacturing, shop, construction, or mechanical experience.
• Have experience with tools or basic equipment.
• Show up, work hard, and want to improve.
• Want something with room to move up.

Responsibilities

• BEND IT. Form and bend metal components.
• CLEAN IT UP. Grind, smooth, and deburr parts.
• BUILD IT. Assemble metal boxes and install caps, pins, lids, and other hardware.
• WELD IT. Perform spot welding as part of the production process.
• GET IT OUT THE DOOR. Package, box, wrap, and prepare finished products for shipment.

PRODUCTION PROCESSOR

You won’t be sitting behind a desk all day. You’ll be working directly with metal, equipment, tools, and finished products.

Your day may include:

BEND IT.
Form and bend metal components.

CLEAN IT UP.
Grind, smooth, and deburr parts.

BUILD IT.
Assemble metal boxes and install caps, pins, lids, and other hardware.

WELD IT.
Perform spot welding as part of the production process.

GET IT OUT THE DOOR.
Package, box, wrap, and prepare finished products for shipment.

And as you learn, you’ll have opportunities to cross‑train into additional processes and higher‑skilled work.
