Job summary

Kanto Corporation is seeking a Production Technical Technician to support development, testing, and optimization of chemical plant processes and equipment. You will work to uphold safety, quality, and productivity while collaborating with production teams.

The role requires a strong technical background with chemistry knowledge, safety training, and the ability to lead process improvements in a fast-paced environment. Day shift, with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred.
• Chemistry knowledge and math skills are required.
• Hazmat technician certification flexibility or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and improvement of chemical processes and equipment safety.
• Develop and test plant processes; monitor and record results.
• Train and guide technicians; support process improvements.
• Troubleshoot processing equipment (electrical, mechanical, pneumatic).
• Assist in preventive and corrective maintenance in clean room environments.
