Kanto Corporation in Portland, Oregon, seeks a Process Engineer to own the technical performance, reliability, and evolution of our manufacturing systems. This role is highly collaborative, close to the operation, and focused on solving difficult problems, improving processes, and managing technical risk on the floor.

You will work across Operations, Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Leadership to standardize processes, monitor system health, and lead change.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
• Experience with complex manufacturing processes or production systems.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
• Experience with process control and continuous improvement.
