Job summary

Vestas Nacelles Deutschland GmbH is seeking a Production Process Instructor (m/f/d) to coordinate personnel, machines, and resources, including shift planning, and to act as deputy Team Leader. The role emphasizes quality through process monitoring and adherence to work instructions.

You will support safety, maintenance, and training activities while collaborating with a skilled team using state-of-the-art wind energy technology.

Qualifications

  • Vocational training or equivalent technical qualification.
  • Leadership or team coordination experience.
  • Strong process understanding and practical know-how.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel/Word/Outlook); QDA ideal.
  • Strong German and English skills; willingness to work shifts.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate personnel, machines, and resources, including shift planning.
  • Act as deputy Team Leader and support daily operations.
  • Ensure product quality through process monitoring and instruction compliance.
  • Serve as QBD1 contact and manage escalations to QBD2 with proper documentation.
  • Support safety compliance, maintenance, and employee training.

Your profile – what you bring!
  • You have completed vocational training in electrical engineering, electronics, mechatronics,energyand building technology or have a comparable technical qualification
  • Initial leadership or team coordination experience
  • Relevant work experience and strong understanding of processes
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel, Word, Outlook) and ideally QDA
  • Good German and English skills and willingness to work shifts
