Responsibilities

• Manage creative production from scope to budget to timeline to delivery.
• Schedule shoots, book crews, negotiate vendor bids, and manage production logistics.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders (creative, brand, marketing, legal).
• Oversee on-set operations, talent, location management, and asset capture.
• Track deliverables, maintain budgets, and ensure on-time execution.
• Resolve production issues and elevate risks appropriately; edit, assemble, and finish video, audio, and motion assets.
• Prepare assets for multi-platform distribution (broadcast, digital, social).
• Maintain working knowledge of editing tools and post-production workflows.
