A leading technology provider in Farmers Branch, TX is seeking a Production Planning Scheduler to coordinate and schedule semiconductor manufacturing activities. The successful candidate will work closely with operations, engineering, and supply chain teams to meet production goals. Job Description

TheProduction PlanningSchedulerisresponsible forcoordinating and scheduling semiconductor manufacturing activities to meet production goals, customer demand, and inventory targets.This positionwill work closely with operations, engineering, and supply chain teams to ensure efficient use offabcapacity andtimelydelivery of products.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed production schedules for assigned process areas or product lines.
• Monitor work-in-progress (WIP) levels and adjust schedules to optimise throughput and cycle time.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain teams to resolve scheduling conflicts and capacity constraints.
• Analyze production data and trends to identify risks and recommend adjustments to meet delivery targets.
• Communicate schedule changes and priorities to operations and support teams.
• Maintain accurate records in manufacturing execution systems (MES) and planning tools.
• Support planning activities related to new product introductions, tool installs, and process changes.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance scheduling efficiency and fab performance.
• Ensure alignment with customer delivery requirements and internal service level agreements.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with semiconductor fab operations and process flows.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing, capacity planning, and inventory control principles.
• Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and scheduling tools.
