Responsibilities

• Coordinate raw materials, inventory, and finished goods to support operations and customer requirements.
• Serve as liaison between production, sourcing, customer service, carriers, and suppliers to keep operations running smoothly.
• Coordinate production priorities based on customer demand, inventory levels, and material availability.
• Monitor inventory levels, maintain inventory accuracy, and support cycle count activities.
• Maintain purchase orders, inventory records, and ERP transactions with a high degree of accuracy.
• Track inbound raw materials, including imported shipments and rail deliveries.
• Manage shipping, receiving, freight, and transportation activities, including domestic, export, and import logistics.
• Prepare shipping documentation and maintain accurate logistics records.
• Monitor freight activity, help control costs, and address carrier or delivery issues.
• Monitor operational performance metrics, identify risks, and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve production, inventory, material, shipping, and logistics issues.
• Support with clerical payroll tasks and other misc. administrative duties.

Starting Annual Salary: $65k & up depending upon experience
