Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Indiana is seeking a Production Planning Manager to lead daily to monthly work streams across inbound, outbound, and returns processing, coordinating production plans with site leadership to meet KPI targets and customer commitments.

You will identify issues, drive continuous improvements, optimize resource planning, and present actionable insights to cross-functional teams, ensuring safe and efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required.
• 1-3 years logistics industry experience.
• 2-4 years of supervisory or management experience.
• 1-3 years of customer service or fulfillment center planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily/weekly/monthly work streams across inbound, outbound, and returns processing.
• Coordinate production plans with site leadership to meet KPI targets and service levels.
• Identify issues and root causes and implement resolutions throughout operations.
• Interact with customers regularly to review performance and forecasts.
• Facilitate continuous improvement projects within the fulfillment center.
• Administer reports and budget/goals related to production planning.
