Zusammenfassung

JCB North America is seeking a detail-oriented Production Planning & Change specialist to manage plant build schedules and collaborate with Sales, Operations, Materials and Service teams. This role supports SIOP processes and requires initiative and strong problem-solving abilities.

Reporting to the Sr GL Production Planning & Change, the position is based in San Antonio, TX, with responsibilities spanning office and occasional factory environments.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar production control environment.
• Strong Excel and data management skills; sound knowledge of SAP.
• 2 years of forecasting experience.

Aufgaben

• Ensure launch is controlled in line with key component availability.
• Contribute to development and support of material planning processes and continuous improvements.
• Reduce and maintain POF misses.
• Ensure processes and systems are in place to effectively manage routine operations.
• Other duties as assigned.
