Job summary

Analog Devices is seeking a Production Planning Coordinator to provide administrative and operational support to manufacturing and materials teams. The role includes handling work orders, MRB activities, and maintaining accurate records in ERP systems.

The candidate should be highly organized with strong Excel skills, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, and be eligible for security clearance.

Qualifications

  • U.S. Citizen—able to obtain security clearance.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Process and maintain manufacturing rework documentation and associated records.
  • Split and create work orders as required to support production and inventory activities.
  • Attend Material Review Board (MRB) meetings and document actions, status updates, and required follow-up activities.
  • Enter, review, and maintain data within ERP systems and manufacturing databases.
  • Create and maintain reports, spreadsheets, and production-related documentation.
  • Coordinate with manufacturing, quality, engineering, and materials teams to ensure accurate execution of production processes.
  • Assist with audit preparation and document control activities as needed.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and process documentation efforts.
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

The Production Planning Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to manufacturing and materials teams. This role is responsible for maintaining production documentation, processing manufacturing work orders, supporting Material Review Board (MRB) activities, and ensuring accurate records within company systems. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and maintain manufacturing rework documentation and associated records.
  • Split and create work orders as required to support production and inventory activities.
  • Attend Material Review Board (MRB) meetings and document actions, status updates, and required follow-up activities.
  • Enter, review, and maintain data within ERP systems and manufacturing databases.

Qualifications
Required
  • U.S. Citizen- willing and able to hold security clearance (Active clearance a plus)
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred
  • Experience working in a manufacturing, production, materials, or operations environment.
  • Experience using SAP or other ERP systems.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing documentation, work orders, and inventory processes.
  • Experience supporting MRB activities or quality-related processes.

This is a full-time on-site role supporting manufacturing operations from 7AM-3PM Monday-Friday.

The expected wage range for a new hire into this position is $23 to $32.
