Woodgrain is seeking a production planning and customer service professional in Connecticut. The role involves daily production/load plan execution, SAP issue resolution, COGI management, and cross-functional coordination with Procurement, Operations, and Transportation.

Required is a Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of relevant experience; SAP knowledge is a plus, Lean/Six Sigma certification is beneficial. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential.

• Leveling process, backorder review, managing COGI, inventory, ins/outs, bin, BOM, cycle-count management.
