Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 1+ years in production planning, sales operations, or supply chain.
• Experience in manufacturing/industrial environments preferred.
• Exposure to SAP or similar ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage sales orders and return orders in ERP systems.
• Prepare pro-forma and commercial invoices with accurate documentation.
• Onboard new customers; coordinate system setup with internal teams.
• Maintain customer accounts and monitor credit limits; assist AR tracking.
• Update product pricing within ERP systems; communicate status with teams.
• Develop sales plans based on customer demand; coordinate with logistics.
• Support daily operational activities with HQ and global teams.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports; ensure data accuracy.
