Job summary

Veritiv Corporation in Wisconsin is seeking a Production Coordinator to support the production team through data entry, data collection and analysis, inventory and material management, and report generation. You will help schedule work within production and monitor workflow across shifts.

The role requires 1–3 years of related experience, a Bachelor's degree preferred, and strong planning, organizational, and Excel skills.

• Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Gather and collect data through various databases, ensuring data accuracy.
• Create long-term planning of production requirements.
• Collect and report on production metrics.
• Monitor production throughout shifts and report constraints.
• Create and organize schedule to support production needs and make timely updates.
• Facilitate regular inventory and cycle counts.
• Research error discrepancy on material and finished goods.
