## Production Planning AnalystApplylocations: US-TX-TEXAS CITYtime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Yesterdayjob requisition id: 2026 - 0306ISP Technologies Inc.**PLANNING ANALYST I**Ashland has an exciting opportunity for a Production Planner to join our Ashland, Inc. business at our Texas City, Texas manufacturing plant. This is a very visible, significant role within the Company and the manufacturing function. This position will report to the Texas City Plant Manager.**The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following:*** Use Enterprise Resource Planning software to strategically create and manage achievable production schedules for production units to optimize the use of plant equipment while meeting customer requirements* Analyze, plan, and manage production scheduling activities to ensure on-time deliverables to customers* Run SAP, MRP based inventory-planning system to project demand requirements for many raw materials to maintain targeted inventory levels* Analyze and procure packaging to support several production units and many different packages combinations* Work with Operations and Quality departments to investigate quality complaints and implement corrective actions* Support implementation of programs and procedures to optimize production and continually improve processes* Participate in Safety, Quality, and Environmental initiatives that will contribute to compliance of State/Federal regulations and improve existing Company programs* Actively contribute to the organizational goals by taking initiative, executing on goals and focusing on performance and safety* Improve the organization capacity and capabilities through building collaborative relationships, optimizing diverse talent and utilizing positive communications and influence with others* Travel Requirement <5%**What This Role Is Not:*** A remote job.
