Job summary

Qualifications

• Solid experience in the supply chain function; SP&L preferable.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering preferred.
• 0-2 years FMCG SC experience preferable.
• Proficient in English and Arabic, written and spoken.
• Ability to use processes and tools to improve performance.
• Proficient computer usage (excel, word).

Responsibilities

• Set daily and weekly production plans aligned with sales AOP and adapt to forecast changes.
• Review production attainment and analyze gaps with manufacturing team to ensure monthly plan compliance.
• Manage export volumes and plan export orders with warehouses and deployment planning.
• Coordinate with material planning to synchronize weekly plans with RM stocks and deliveries.
• Run master production scheduler on ISCP and develop RCA and corrective actions for weekly plans.
• Collaborate with manufacturing and engineering to secure maintenance without affecting volume delivery.
• Engage with commercial team to review FCST, demand fluctuations, and new SKU launches.
• Activate plant codes and track to secure operations and minimize line changeovers.
