Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in operations, business, or equivalent.
• 3–5 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Microsoft Office focus on Excel; SAP experience preferred.
• Familiar with MRP software and SAP.

Responsibilities

• Develop, monitor, and maintain schedules to meet customer demand.
• Serve as primary information conduit between operations and commercial.
• Analyze schedules for critical path, risk, and variance.
• Monitor capacity and resolve constraints using level-loading, expediting, outsourcing.
• Identify and resolve urgent schedule issues.
• Lead resolution of manufacturing issues to support master schedule.
• Integrate and analyze project backlog data.
• Compile and analyze KPIs and visual management indicators.
