An established industry player is seeking a production planner to oversee the development and maintenance of production orders within a dynamic aerospace environment. This role involves collaborating with various departments to ensure timely delivery of custom aircraft interiors. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a solid background in manufacturing planning and ERP systems. The production planner role will develop, maintain, and update the planned production orders in the MRP system from after the materials planning is completed to the firming of production orders. These updates will consider a dynamic and evolving Master Production Schedule balancing customer needs with industrial capacity to support the timely manufacture of custom aircraft interiors.
The ideal candidate will have experience in manufacturing planning in an aerospace environment. Behaviorally they will be comfortable working within ERP systems and autonomously working to update and revise planned production orders. They will be comfortable working in a development and prototype environment and able to change planning as necessary to support programs.
Organizationally, they will report to the Director, Operations, Strategy and Planning. Regular engagement across sites/teams, will be the norm.

Bachelor's degree and five years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Aviation background and aircraft interior experience a plus.
