Description

The Production Planner is an entry level professional who will assist in coordinating and managing production schedules to ensure efficient and timely manufacturing operations. This role will work closely with senior planners and various departments to support production goals and improve processes.

Essential Functions:

  • Assist in developing and maintaining production schedules to meet customer demands and optimize resources.
  • Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with procurement to ensure adequate materials are available for production.
  • Communicate will production teams to address any scheduling or resource issues.
  • Update and maintain production planning tools and techniques.
  • Analyze production data and assist in identifying areas for improvement.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for management review.

Position Requirements
  • Associates Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field with 4+years experience
  • Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field with 0-3 years experience.
  • Minimum education and years of experience requirements are not to be used exclusive of other leveling factors. Substitution of additional relevant education and experience for stated qualifications may be considered.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Knowledge of production planning.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in scheduling and inventory management.
