Job summary

Curtiss-Wright TTC in Newtown, PA seeks a Production Control Coordinator (Associate) to join our team. You will support production planning, material coordination and the execution of schedules to meet delivery commitments and quality standards.

The entry-level position emphasizes coordination across manufacturing, inspection and shipping, with ERP/MRP familiarity and strong attention to detail, enabling timely, accurate work orders and documentation on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of production planning, scheduling, inventory control, and manufacturing operations.
• Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Supports daily production scheduling and coordination activities to ensure timely execution of manufacturing plans. (25%)
• Assists in the daily planning movement of hardware products through manufacturing, inspection, test and shipping areas to meet established delivery schedules.
• Assists with the maintenance of inventory control of materials received and distributed through the manufacturing shop.
• Issues materials from inventory to jobs. (25%)
• Compiles and releases prepared manufacturing documentation, including work orders, operation sheets and design documentation to the production floor. (25%)
• Reviews production reports and identifies discrepancies, delays, or bottlenecks requiring escalation. (25%)
