Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or related field required.
• 3.0 GPA or higher.
• Proficiency with MS Office apps and SAP is expected.

Responsibilities

• Assist with material planning, issue purchase orders, expediting, and verify delivery dates.
• Support new processes and procedures, problem analysis, and implementation.
• Manage inventory and reorder points based on schedules.
• Prepare reports and communications as requested.
• Perform system data analysis, maintenance, and cleanup.
• Stage orders, create stockroom pick lists, and schedule materials.
• Use capacity and lead-time data to ensure schedule compliance.
• Analyze material demand and shortages and assess impact to schedules and capacity.
• Assist supervisors with disposition of rejected material and bottleneck analysis.
• Maintain data records and establish production schedules for the work area.
