Job summary

Marmon Aerospace & Defense LLC is seeking a Planner II in Manchester, NH. You will own a specific business segment's planning, aligning Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain to ensure accurate scheduling and on‑time delivery of orders.

You will release and track work orders, analyze production data, and support capacity planning while driving continuous improvement across the production floor. Strong Excel and ERP experience are essential.

Responsibilities

• Review sales order backlog and schedule multi-step work orders to production.
• Release, track, and update work orders and run sheets.
• Coordinate with quality and operations on NCMRs and drive process improvements.
• Adjust schedules to accommodate production changes.
• Identify bottlenecks and address root causes to support on-time delivery and inventory goals.
• Attend cross-functional meetings and own segment planning meetings.
• Walk the production floor as needed and assist with capacity planning and forecasting.
• Provide data analysis for production metrics and collaborate with Planner I as needed.
