Job summary

Menasha Corporation, comprising Menasha Packaging and ORBIS Corporation, seeks a Production Scheduler to maximize plant efficiency using SAP/APS Logility. You will review demand, schedule production, liaise with sales, and maintain master planning data.

This role requires 2–5 years of relevant experience and 5–10% travel, with an 8am–5pm workday, Monday–Friday. Located in North America, the company emphasizes sustainability and a strong supply chain footprint across its two operating units and

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 2–5 years of relevant work experience.
• MRP/ERP system experience (SAP/APS).
• 2–5 years in plastics or fabrication environment (preferred).
• Travel 5%–10% is required.
• Work schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm.

About The Opportunity

Manage the production schedule using SAP/APS Logility to maximize plant efficiency and profitability while meeting service expectations of the customers.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Review demand and create production schedules of primary and secondary operations to meet service expectations using expertise related to facility and knowledge of customers.
• Communicate with sales and customer support regarding orders and lead times.
• Maintain all master planning data.
• Monitor inventory levels and focus on meeting monthly inventory targets.
• Other duties as assigned.
