Job summary

Elanco is seeking a Production Planner to plan, schedule, and monitor production to meet financial goals and customer delivery dates. You will ensure timely supply of raw materials and maintain SAP PP/DS master data, coordinating with internal teams and suppliers.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in production planning, a solid grasp of manufacturing processes, and a proactive approach to process improvements. This on-site role is located in Banwol with no travel.

• Profound understanding of manufacturing and overall supply chain process.

• Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling (PP/DS) for Formulation/Filling, Package.
• Bottleneck management for maximum capacity utilization.
• Achieve production schedule adherence.
• Production master data maintenance in SAP.
• Purchase requisition for in-house use materials.
• Communicate with internal/external supplier for delivery tracking and complaints/returns.
• Secure availability of purchased goods and inventory management.
• SAP key user for PP/DS module.

Your Role: Production Planner

Production Planner plans, schedules, coordinates and/or monitors production planning to achieve financial goals and customer delivery dates. Production Planner is also responsible for the timely and adequate supply of raw materials needed for productions.

Your Responsibilities:

• Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling(PP/DS) for Formulation/Filling, Package)
• Bottleneck management for maximum capacity utilization
• Achieve production schedule adherence
• Production master data maintenance in SAP
• Purchase requisition for in-house use materials

What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):
