Synergy Manufacturing, Inc. is seeking a Production Planner to ensure a smooth production schedule, coordinating material, labor and resources to deliver on time and within budget.
The role requires effective communication with Manufacturing, Engineering, Purchasing and Sales to prioritize and resolve issues on a fast-moving shop floor. The selected candidate will manage work orders, update schedules, and monitor costs, while aligning with the Production Plan and Sales priorities.
Since 2005, Synergy Manufacturing has been an industry innovator and manufacturer of high-end automotive performance components for the Jeep, Dodge, and Ford platforms. These components are predominantly made in the USA and are primarily for the off-road aftermarket. In addition to suspension systems, Synergy also manufactures a complete line of heavy-duty steering components, axle upgrades, skid plates, and other related products that dramatically improve vehicle on and off-road capability, performance, and appearance.
The job of the Production Planner at Synergy Manufacturing is to ensure the smooth operation of the production schedule. This role involves the planning and scheduling of material, labor, and manufacturing resources to deliver finished products on time and within budget. This requires managing the Production Schedule and avoiding downtime. The ideal candidate will need to understand the constraints of a manufacturing environment and be able to communicate effectively with the Manufacturing, Engineering, Purchasing, and Sales Departments to maintain priorities and quickly resolve issues.
