Salary range is $71,000–$105,000 with eligibility for a variable incentive program.
Eaton’s Electrical Sector - ARS division is currently seeking a Production Planner. This is an onsite role based at our Lincoln, IL manufacturing facility supporting our Residential & Wiring Devices products.
Relocation assistance is available to candidates currently residing in the US.The Production Planner plays a pivotal role in keeping our operations running at peak performance, transforming customer demand into executable production strategies across Fabrication, Paint, and Assembly. This position orchestrates the flow of materials, labor, capacity, and inventory across multiple product lines to ensure products are delivered safely, efficiently, and on time. Driving key metrics including On-Time Delivery (OTD), On-Time Performance (OTP), Stock Fill Rate (SFR), and inventory optimization, this role is at the center of operational excellence and business success.
As the vital connection between customers, manufacturing, materials management, and leadership teams, the Production Planner balances big-picture strategy with hands‑on execution. Success in this role requires a customer‑first mindset, strong analytical skills, and a passion for continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to streamline operations, improve productivity, and support the company's growth.
The expected annual salary range for this role is $71,000 - $105,000 a year. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program.
