We are currently looking for a Production Planner to join our team in Holland, MI.
Develop production schedules and workflows for specific product lines or manufacturing areas, ensuring timely and efficient production while analyzing and adjusting capacities. Analyze and manipulate production data, identify and resolve scheduling conflicts, and adjust plans to meet changing demands.
- Develop and maintain production schedules, considering customer demand, production capacity, and material availability.
- Monitor the flow of materials through the production process, ensuring timely delivery and minimizing waste.
- Optimize production processes by identifying and supporting process improvements to optimize production efficiency and reduce costs.
- Analyze production data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, such as operations, engineering, and quality, to ensure seamless production planning and execution.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, escalating problems as needed.
- Must be able to perform all essential job functions with/without accommodation.
- Uses office automation, communication, software, and tools used in Haworth office environment.
- Performs other duties within scope as assigned.
- Bachelor Degree in supply chain, logistics, or similar field of study
- 2 years experience in supply chains, production planning, material planning or similar.

- Advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, macros, data analysis, and reporting).
- SAP proficiency.

- Willingness to support broader PPDS team coverage and collaborate across functions as needed.
