McDonald’s is hiring at its Carthage, NC location for Crew Team Members. This role offers the chance to learn, grow, and succeed while earning competitive starting wages and enjoying benefits.

A 16+ age requirement applies, with part-time and full-time opportunities available and robust training through Archways to Opportunity. You will work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, helping guests order, preparing food, and keeping the restaurant clean and inviting.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older to work as a Crew Member.
• Part-time or full-time opportunities available.

• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet and connect with customers to ensure a positive experience.
• Assist customers with ordering their meals and upsell where appropriate.
• Prepare all of McDonald’s World Famous food to standard quality.
• Collaborate with crew and managers to meet daily goals and maintain fun.
• Keep the restaurant clean and presentable throughout the shift.

Closing Team $10 - $11, Works till 1am
