Job summary

Staffmark is hiring for a Production Parts Loader in Xenia, OH. The role offers $14.00 per hour and a Mon-Fri, 7:30 AM to 4:15 PM schedule. You will support daily manufacturing operations by loading, unloading, and sorting springs, and assisting with packing for shipment.

You will work with a safety-conscious team, follow detailed work instructions, and help maintain quality standards while contributing to efficient production and on-time delivery. Previous manufacturing experience is a plus.

Job Duties

Education Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Previous manufacturing or production training is beneficial.
Experience Requirements
  • Ability to work safely in manufacturing and production environments.
  • Ability to follow written work instructions, production procedures, and quality standards.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain productivity and consistent quality.
  • Mechanical aptitude and the ability to safely operate basic production equipment when required.
  • Dependable attendance, teamwork, and a commitment to workplace safety.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous manufacturing, assembly, production, warehouse, or industrial experience is preferred.
  • Experience operating production equipment, performing quality inspections, or meeting production goals is beneficial.
  • Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement practices, or workplace safety procedures is considered an asset.
  • Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic are well positioned for success as a Production Parts Loader.
Physical Capabilities
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift.
  • Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 30 pounds.
  • Ability to safely operate around production equipment and moving machinery.
  • Ability to maintain productivity while working in fast-paced manufacturing environments.

What You Will Do

As a Production Parts Loader you will support daily manufacturing operations by assembling products, operating production equipment, inspecting finished goods, packaging materials, maintaining production standards, and following established work instructions. You will help keep production areas clean and organized, monitor product quality, meet production goals, and contribute to safe, efficient manufacturing operations.

  • Will be loading and unloading springs, sorting springs by size.
  • May be operating a grind machine or picking and packing springs for shipment.
