Job summary

Staffmark is hiring a Parts Loader in Eaton, Ohio. The role focuses on feeding steel pieces into machines to produce tubing and automotive parts, with movement between machines throughout shifts. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, and prior manufacturing experience is a plus.

You’ll work in a safety‑minded, fast‑paced environment offering weekly pay and benefits. The position requires standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds, with a 2nd shift schedule and overtime on weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous manufacturing or production training is beneficial.
• Ability to work safely in manufacturing and production environments.
• Follow written work instructions and quality standards.
• Strong attention to detail with dependable attendance and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Feeding 1-12lb steel pieces into the machine to make steel tubing and other automotive parts.
• Will be moved around loading one machine and then loading a different machine.
• Support daily manufacturing operations by assembling products and operating production equipment.
• Inspect finished goods and packaging materials to meet production standards.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized production areas.
