Job summary

Wil-Ro, Inc. in Gallatin, Tennessee, is seeking a production painter for 2nd or 3rd shift to operate in a manufacturing setting.

You will perform production painting using single-stage urethane paints, with bodywork and prep, and familiarity with gravity-feed and pressure-fed spray systems and bedliner applications. Attention to detail, ability to work in high-heat environments, and commitment to keeping the workspace and equipment clean are essential.

Qualifications

• Production painting in a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with different types of paint; comfortable with single-stage urethane paint.
• Bodywork and prep experience.
• Understanding of gravity-feed and pressure-fed paint systems; bedliner.
• Detail-oriented and quality-focused.
• Wet sanding and buffing experience.
• Mixing paint according to manufacturer guidelines.
• Comfortable working in high-heat environments.
• Cleanliness of workspace and equipment.

Expectations And Responsibilities

2nd Shift 2:15pm - 10:45pm 3rd Shift 10:30pm - 7:00 am

• Production painting in a manufacturing environment
• Familiarity with different types of paint- Comfortable with single-stage urethane paint

• Understanding of the following application systems (gravity-feed paint gun, pressure-fed paint system, bedliner)
• Detail-oriented and a focus on quality

Requirements

• Must wear OSHA standard respirator mask while painting.
• Must comply with OSHA standards for facial hair requirements.

Pay Information

• Pay based on experience.
