Job summary

Barton Staffing Solutions, Inc. is seeking machine operators in Niles, IL. This temp-to-hire role runs Friday through Sunday with 3 days off 4 days on, from 5:00 am to 6:30 pm.

Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a GMP-certified environment. You will operate and monitor machinery, maintain a clean, safe workspace, and manage packaging materials to keep lines running smoothly. Steel-toe shoes are required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Shift is Friday to Sunday, 5:00am–6:30pm, with 3 days on/4 days off.
• Temp-to-hire position in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience maintaining GMP and housekeeping standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor manufacturing machinery.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Manage packaging materials supply (bags, pails, labels, lids, boxes, tips).
• Assist startup of equipment and ensure product meets specifications.
• Assist with palletizing pails up to 15 lb.

Company located in Niles is looking for Machine operators

These are temp to hire positionsFriday to Sunday. Work 3 days off 4 days!Hours 5am-630pm Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Operate MachineryAble to multitask and handle repetitious tasks.
• Able to work under temperature from -10-67 degreesMaintain a safe, clean, and organized work area in compliance with housekeeping safety and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) requirements
• Adhere to GMP guidelines for personal practices regarding hygiene and cleanliness
• Responsible for maintaining supply of packaging materials which may include bags, pails, labels, lids, boxes and tips to ensure efficient operation
• Support startup of all equipment by ensuring area is clean, removing product from the line until product is in spec
• Pre-whip pails: supply pails, label pails, de-nest pails and place under fillers, lid and seal pails, palletize pails up to 15 lb each
• Clean background and steel toe shoes are required for this position.
