Job summary

M&M Industries in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Production Packer / Operator to assemble and pack pails and lids, ensuring quality standards are met and products are ready for shipment.

The role requires attention to detail, ability to multitask, and following written or verbal instructions. Schedules include 8-hour shifts (1st, 2nd, 3rd) with a base pay progression starting at $19.49 per hour and a $1.00 per hour shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shifts; overtime and benefits discussed.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated attention to detail in packaging or manufacturing roles.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy and speed.
• Commitment to safety policies and following procedures.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety policies to maintain a safe work environment.
• Install triggers, gaskets, tampers, vent plugs, and handles manually or with devices.
• Apply silicone to lids when required and prepare boxes for lids.
• Identify products not meeting quality standards before packing.
• Operate labels stamper to apply pails labels and complete paperwork.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and perform other duties as assigned.
