Job summary

Join the team at our brand-new state-of-the-art manufacturing plant in Casa Grande, AZ. In a general production position with EFP, you will perform packer job functions while inspecting for quality and packaging the product following established work instructions.

Shifts: 1st 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m., 2nd 3:00 p.m.–11:30 p.m. EFP offers a competitive wage with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills required (counting, addition, subtraction).
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time.
• Ability to use hands and fingers to assemble parts.

Responsibilities

• Removing finished parts from machines.
• Maintaining and following the operating procedures of machinery.
• Inspecting parts for quality, such as fill, fusion, post-expansion, etc.
• Identifying the proper packaging container and ensuring the packaged container is properly labeled.
• Maintaining accurate counts per container.
• Performing plant clean-up operations.
• Completing any required paperwork.
• Participating in the required 5S/PPS activities.
• Other duties as assigned.
