Job summary

EFP, LLC is hiring a general production role at its brand-new manufacturing plant in Casa Grande, AZ. Production experience is not required; candidates from food service or retail looking to change careers are encouraged to apply. You will perform packer tasks while inspecting quality and following established work instructions.

Key duties include removing finished parts, following machinery procedures, inspecting quality, labeling containers, and counts. Shifts are 1st: 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills including counting, adding and subtracting.
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
• Ability to use hands and fingers to assemble parts.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
• Ability to pull up to 15 pounds.
• Frequent squatting, kneeling, bending and stooping.

Responsibilities

• Removing finished parts from machines.
• Maintaining and following operating procedures of machinery.
• Inspecting parts for quality (fill, fusion, post-expansion).
• Identifying proper packaging container and labeling.
• Maintaining accurate counts per container.
• Plant clean-up operations.
• Completing required paperwork.
• Participating in 5S/PPS activities.
• Other duties as assigned.

In a general production position with EFP, you will perform packer job functions while inspecting for quality and packaging the product following established work instructions.

• Removing finished parts from machines
• Maintaining and following the operating procedures of machinery
• Inspecting parts for quality, such as fill, fusion, post-expansion, etc.
• Identifying the proper packaging container and ensuring the packaged container is properly labeled
• Maintaining accurate counts per container
• Performing plant clean-up operations
• Completing any required paperwork
• Participating in the required 5S/PPS activities
• Other duties as assigned

Shift Hours

• 1st Shift– 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
• 2nd Shift– 3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m.
