Reynolds Consumer Products is seeking a Production Packer 1 at our Manufacturing Facility in Huntersville, NC. The night shift runs 12-hour periods with a night differential, and pay starts at $19.51 per hour.

We currently have an opportunity for a Production Packer 1 to join our team at our Manufacturing Facility in Huntersville, NC.

NIGHT SHIFT HOURS

Pay: $19.51/Hour

+ *1.00 for Night Differential

Plant Specific Details

• 2/2/3 schedule –work approximately 13 days out of the month
• 2 (3) day weekends off a month
• 12-hour shifts
• Injection Molding: 6:15pm – 6:30am or 6:15am-6:30pm
• Ability to shift swap with prior approval and one weeks’ notice.

Your Role:

As a Packaging Machine Operator, you will be responsible for providing support to the operation team by working safely to feed material into machines, inspecting product for defects, and packing finished goods in correct configuration.

• Ensure compliance with GMPs, safety, quality procedures and keep productivity standards.
• Efficiently maintain the operation of machinery by monitoring codes and dates.
• Make minor adjustments/repairs as necessary using appropriate bench and hand tools.
• Perform quality checks and makes the necessary adjustments.
• Check controls on equipment such as vacuums, heat, pressures, timing, and water flow.
• Maintain various records such as production reports, data entry, and detailed shift reports.
• Check raw materials inventory and inform warehouse of shortages.
• Communicate effectively with oncoming shift lead/operator regarding all pertinent information.
• Perform other related duties as required or directed by the team leader.
