Job summary

Cut Fruit Express, Inc. is hiring for a packing role in a refrigerated facility. You will box finished products, verify labels and ingredient lists, and ensure packaging is sealed and correctly labeled for outbound shipments.

We require reliable transportation, comfort working in cold conditions (35-40°F), and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally. Attention to detail and punctuality are essential for team success.

Qualifications

About the job:

You'll work in a fast-paced, refrigerated environment (35-40°F), where small details make a big difference. As the last set of eyes on our products before they ship, you'll help ensure every order meets our standards. If you're detail-oriented and take pride in getting it right, you'll fit in here.

Day to day, you'll:

• Pack finished product into boxes for shipment
• Read packaging labels and verify products are labeled correctly
• Confirm ingredients match what should be included
• Check that packaging is sealed correctly
• Check product weights for accuracy
• Run product through the metal detector
• Make sure shipping boxes are packed and labeled correctly for outbound shipment

Pay / Hours / Benefits:

• $17/hr
• Shifts available: 10a - 7p, with mandatory overtime expected as needed.

What we need from you:

• Reliable transportation (We're not on a bus route)
• Comfortable working in the cold all shift
• Strong attention to detail and able to read labels and ingredient lists accurately
