Job summary

Huhtamaki Franklin, OH is hiring multiple entry level packer positions for the night shift. The schedule is a 12-hour shift pattern (6:00 PM–6:00 AM) with a 2-2-3 cycle. Packers will be responsible for accurately packing and inspecting products to meet Huhtamaki quality standards.

No experience needed; on-the-job training is provided, with fast career growth potential and benefits including health/dental/vision/401K and production bonuses.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Legible handwriting required.
• Ability to read and distinguish letters/symbols.
• Effective communication with others.
• Overtime as required to meet customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Packs quality product into cartons/boxes while adhering to packaging specifications.
• Inspects product for quality on a regular basis.
• Assists in cleaning equipment and performs housekeeping duties.
• Communicates concerns and ideas to supervisor and others.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Ensure that manufacturing production area meets Huhtamaki quality requirements.
