Then we have an opportunity for you! We currently have an opportunity for a Production Packer located at our facility in Albany, OR.

Responsibilities

Your Role:

As a Production Packer, you will be responsible for supporting the operation team by working safely to feed material into machines, inspecting product for defects, and packing finished goods in the correct configuration.

• Ensure compliance with GMPs, Safety, Quality Procedures, and maintain Productivity Standards.
• Efficiently operate machinery by monitoring codes and dates.
• Make minor adjustments or repairs using appropriate tools.
• Perform quality checks and make necessary adjustments.
• Check controls on equipment related to vacuums, heat, pressures, timing, and water flow.
• Maintain records such as production reports, data entries, and shift reports.
• Check raw materials inventory and inform warehouse of shortages.
• Communicate effectively with the incoming shift lead/operator regarding all pertinent information.
• Perform other related duties as required or directed by the Team Leader.

Pay Range
