Job summary

Solventum is seeking a Production Packer to support manufacturing operations at our Brookings facility. You will help maintain productivity targets, ensure quality, and uphold a safe, efficient plant environment.

This role offers 8, 10, or 12‑hour shifts with a starting pay of $22.26 per hour plus shift differentials, plus a benefits package including medical, dental & vision, and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (completed prior to start) or 1 year of production/warehouse experience.
• Must be legally authorized to work without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Maintain productivity targets as determined through machine rates.
• Perform tests meeting quality specifications.
• Support the team when packing finished or semi-finished products.
• Follow all safety policies to protect yourself and others.
• Clearly speak, understand, and write in English to communicate effectively.

The impact you’ll make in this role

As a Production Packer, you’ll be responsible for supporting production operations, ensuring quality standards, and contributing to a safe and efficient plant environment. This role works an 8, 10, or 12 hour shift (depending on shift availability) and includes starting pay of $22.26/hour plus shift differentials.

Responsibilities include but not limited to

• Maintaining an appropriate productivity target as determined through machine rates
• Performing tests at a high quality of standards set by quality specifications
• Supporting the team when packing out finished or semi-finished products
• Ensuring you own safety by following all related policies
• Possessing the ability to clearly speak, understand, and write in English to communicate effectively in both verbal and written contexts.

Required Qualifications

Salary & Benefits

The starting rate of pay for this position is $22.26/hr, with the potential for future pay increase. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position.
