Job summary

Staffmark Group in Bristol, TN is seeking a Production Packer for the 1st shift (Monday–Friday). You’ll be trained on the job and earn while you work on a fast-moving production line.

Responsibilities include packing finished goods, feeding lines, labeling products, and performing quality checks. You’ll be part of a team focused on safety, efficiency, and consistent output.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 25 lbs.
• Steel-toes footwear required.

• Apply labels to products or cases.
• Quality control of finished product and raw material.
• Monitor and maintain an adequate supply of raw material at the feeding line.
• Count scrap and record scrap on appropriate paperwork.
• Cleaning areas assigned.
• Rework of product.
• During downtime, be productive and self-motivating.
• Assist in monitoring production equipment.
• Other tasks assigned by supervisor and/or management.
