What You Will Be Doing

• Production per Manufacturing Directions while maintaining compliance with SOPs.
• Process batch paperwork accuratelyand timely.
• Execute validation protocols formanufacturing/packaging equipment and procedures including revalidation.
• Provide assistance with the review and revision of Manufacturing Directions and SOPs necessary for the manufacture and packaging of product.
• Certified in operation of at least one high speed manufacturing equipment efficiently and effectively, in some cases highly automated, using HMI/SCADA interfaces.
• Engage in and push cage 600 lbs. Maintain product segregation, retrieve and organize raw materials, and ability to learn fork truck operation.
• Follow cleaning procedures to ensure adequate cleaning of the manufacturing areas.
• Setup high speed equipment, within tolerances, to ensure product runs are started on time in established guidelines.
• Comply with all safety policies and procedures at all times.
• Use PPE (Personal Protection Equipment) as required.
• Maintain work area in an organized, clean manner in compliance with cGMP requirements.
• Express ideas clearly (verbal and written) andwork from verbal andwritten instructions, manuals, and work orders.
• Perform calculations and complex task sequences.
• Perform computer applications including learning and performing SAP transactions.
• Routinely lift 20-50 pounds and stand for 8-12 hours.
• Extensive standing, repetitive hand and arm motions, ability to climb steps.
• Lifting (up to 50Lbs) and moving containers of cartons, tubes, and printed materials.
• Operating in cool temperature and low humidity within the production room. Constant noise is common due to the operation of the air-dry chamber and pouching equipment.
• Appropriate gowning requirements necessary for the production areas. Gloves are required to handle the product. Hairnet, clean room gowns and/or lab coats are required. Safety glasses and hearing protection are required personal protective gear.
• Occasional environmental odors may be prevalent.

Who You Are

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years’ experience in FDA regulated environment and GMPis a plus but not necessary.
• Operate and maintain automated manufacturing equipment
• Follow SOPs and safety protocols (PPE required)
• Complete batch paperwork and SAP transactions
• Perform cleaning, setup, and material handling (up to 50 lbs)
• Work in a cleanroom environment with extended standing and repetitive tasks
• Mechanically inclined with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable in regulated, fast-paced settings
• Able to lift, push, and stand for long periods
