HR Collaboration Group LLC is seeking a Production/Packaging Associate in Angola, IN. You will support filling and preparation of materials per customer specifications, ensure accurate labeling and storage, and perform tasks to keep production moving efficiently.

The role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and reliability in a temperature-controlled manufacturing environment. PTO, competitive pay, and ongoing development are offered to committed team players.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or equivalent work experience required.
• Strong math and counting skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to read and understand documents, procedures and specifications.
• Able to match part numbers accurately and work with data entry tasks.
• Capable of bending, reaching, kneeling, squatting, twisting and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Gathers empty containers and places them on machines to meet order needs.
• Fills and prepares products and materials according to customer specifications and due dates.
• Calculates gallons of materials and ensures specifications are met.
• Labels materials correctly and stores them in designated warehouse locations for easy retrieval.
• Stacks materials on skids and follows safety procedures for transportation.
