Job summary

Mammoth Distribution is hiring for a full-time Production & Packaging Associate in North Hollywood, CA. You will work the production line, package orders, and ensure efficient operation with no cannabis experience required as training is provided.

You will follow safety guidelines, maintain quality standards, and participate in rotations across departments. The role runs Monday–Friday with a 5:30am–2:00pm shift and offers medical, dental, and vision benefits.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of production, assembly, packaging, or general labor experience preferred.
• Basic English proficiency to follow instructions and coordinate with the team.

Responsibilities

• Operate production line to meet daily quotas.
• Package orders with box assembly, packing and labeling.
• Ensure products meet quality standards and follow work instructions.
• Maintain a clean, safe workspace and follow safety guidelines.
• Report safety hazards and participate in required training.
• Rotate into different departments as needed and adapt to priorities.
• Identify ways to boost efficiency without compromising quality.
