Job summary

VEKA - North America is seeking a Production Support Associate in Morganton, NC. You will assist extrusion operators, verify packaging readiness, and inspect profiles for defects to ensure quality in every batch.

The role involves safe work practices, moving racks, loading crates, and helping with packaging standards while maintaining clean work areas and supporting the team as needed.

Qualifications

• GED or High School Education or equivalent work experience.
• Able to obtain and hold a VEKA forklift license.
• Ability to read a tape measure and use basic hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to safety requirements and report unsafe situations.
• Verify product line, banding, sealing, and bar-coding of finished goods.
• Visually inspect profiles for defects and overall appearance.
• Notify supervisors of quality problems as they arise.
• Move racks, packaging, and crates to designated areas.
• Assist packaging and operate tools as needed.
• Maintain housekeeping and support operators during breaks.
