Work Shift: 12hr-D Shift (United States of America)

The Production Packaging Lead Associate role requires extensive knowledge of proper packaging of materials and finished products. Responsibilities include loading, moving materials, operating packaging equipment, and following Good Manufacturing Practices. The role also involves supervising and mentoring staff, supporting quality assurance, and participating in safety and improvement initiatives.

Minimum qualifications include:

• Advanced mathematical skills
• Advanced computer skills
• Over three years of relevant experience including training and facilitation

Skills required:

• Proficiency in PPA skills at Level I and II, including safe work practices, quality inspection, and operation of packaging machinery
• Leadership skills for training and coaching new associates

Education: High School diploma or GED preferred.

Training: Completion of Altium Production/Packaging Associate Lead training is required.

Physical demands include standing, walking, handling, reaching, climbing, and lifting up to 50 pounds. The work environment is loud, with exposure to moving mechanical parts and temperature fluctuations. PPE is required.
