Work Shift: 12hr-B Shift (United States of America)

The Production Packaging Lead Associate role requires extensive knowledge of proper packaging of materials and finished products, loading and moving materials, and operating packaging equipment. The role also involves following Good Manufacturing Practices and supporting quality assurance activities.

Responsibilities include:

• Relieving bagger and palletizer operators
• Operating and understanding robot operations and changeovers
• Assisting with quality control and standing in for quality during DMR if needed
• Participating in safety, quality, and morale initiatives
• Serving as a lead or floater, mentoring new employees, and coordinating breaks
• Performing other duties as assigned, which may vary by plant

Qualifications include:

• Minimum of three years’ experience in a related role
• Advanced mathematical and computer skills
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Completion of Altium Production/Packaging Associate Lead training

Physical demands include standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working in a loud, temperature-variable environment with PPE required.
