Job Details

Location: 405 Nestle Way, Breinigsville, Pennsylvania 18031

Work Shift: 12hr-D Shift (United States of America), rotating 2-2-3 schedule, off every other weekend (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)

Pay: $19.00/hour with a $1.50 shift differential

Hours: 5:30pm-6am

Sign-On Bonus: $760 after 30 days; $1520 after 90 days

Position Overview

The Production Packaging Associate is an entry-level position responsible for proper packaging of materials and finished products. Tasks include loading, moving materials, operating packaging equipment, and following Good Manufacturing Practices.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate safe work practices by wearing PPE and following safety policies.
• Maintain punctuality and adhere to work schedule.
• Work effectively with team members.
• Keep work area neat and organized.
• Monitor conveyor belts and clear jams.
• Pick up dropped bottles and place in bins.
• Dispose of discarded bottles properly.
• Inspect quality of bottles during production, packaging, and labeling.
• Report abnormalities and quality issues immediately.
• Replenish packaging materials as needed.
• Ensure correct labeling and packaging according to customer requirements.
• Move finished goods to designated areas.
• Set up and organize workstations efficiently.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Basic mathematical skills.
• Basic computer experience.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.

Physical Demands

Frequent standing, walking, handling, reaching, and occasional climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Work Environment

Exposure to moving mechanical parts and loud noise. Temperature fluctuations. PPE required.
