• Develop and monitor operating budgets; coordinate with Finance to control costs and report monthly performance metrics.
• Support the development of operating procedures; review training material; update documents for ISO certification.
• Develop strong working relationships with Integrated Planning and Business Teams to drive unit optimization.
• Identify optimization opportunities using knowledge of variable production costs and propose innovative project ideas.
• Provide technical support to Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service teams to address client specifications and inquiries.
• Develop personnel management skills including understanding policies and practices for supervising employees

Key Accountabilities

• Independently manage and complete assigned projects, delivering results within agreedtimelines and milestones
• Optimize production unit operations by analyzing performance data and implementing process improvements, ensuring compliance with Safety and Environmental regulations
• Work with all divisions of the complex to solve any site production problems
• Participate in the development and monitoring of operating budgets (fixed and variable costs),partnering with Finance to control operating costs and report monthly performance metrics
• Support the development of operating procedures; review and validate training material;update documents required for ISO certification
• Develop strong working relationships with Integrated Planning and Business Teams to driveunit optimization.
• Identify optimization opportunities using knowledge of variable production costs and proposeinnovative project ideas.
