Job Description

1. Operate at maximum productive speed allowable to achieve and maintain consistent high standards of quality for the finished product.
2. Maintain consistent high standards.
3. Stock with essential supplies.
4. Provide information to Maintenance and supervision via work orders on known equipment problems.
5. Keep the work area clean and neat at all times.
6. Keep waste at a minimum.
7. Ability to obtain fork and clamp truck license.
8. Ability to learn and perform multiple jobs, as needed.
9. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

1. High school diploma.
2. Working safely is requirement #1. Must follow all safety guidelines and report any safety concerns immediately.
3. Must be able to work scheduled overtime, as necessary.
4. Learn and understand all products, processes, and procedures.
5. Good communication and organizational skills.
6. Basic addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division skills.
7. Ability to read a ruler to + 1/32” is a MUST.
8. Must be able to work independently and as a team.
9. Basic computer application skills and knowledge.
